I check my emails twice per day Monday-Friday and endeavor to respond within 1 business day. In your email, please let me know days/times that are most suitable for you, how quickly you would like to book in a session and what you hope to achieve from your session.
1:1 online Supervision sessions are $160, payable via bank transfer on the day of session.
1:1 Health Coaching sessions are $100, payable via bank transfer on the day of session.
